Gosh.. That day we ran around the Titiwangsa lake AGAIN!! Yeah, again, for the third time in this year I think. But this time, it's so damn fast. I used only 23 minutes to reach my school WooHoo!! =P Normally, yeah, maybe more than half an hour.. XD It's really tiring but kinda happy.
I know it's a little bit late to post about this as it happened in early April. Hehe, but this year, we had been really busy with our activities and examinations. I don't really like this year's planning as it really sucks. XD Okay, since it happened so long ago, I will just update this post according to what I remember. ^^
During co-curricular session, we went to gather at the badminton court and started to get our attendance ticked. We rushed to fill in the form we got by sharing two to three pens. =3= Actually this training was the second time in our school this year but we didn't participate in the first training due to the "Global Peduli Camp" ( see the previous post for more ).
That day after warming up, we got seperated into three groups with different athletics. And yeah, I am in the second group which is in the middle one as I can't really run that fast to be in the first group. ^^ We followed a female althetic ( she's quite pretty but have dark skin ) so on the running path, we just stopped for a few times to rest, not like me who would stop for a lot of times during our school's cross country. And there's these two girls in our form who always walk and doesn't join in causing us to wait for them every time we stop. =_=
When we finally reached our school, we get to drink a cup of energy drink ( a common scene after exercising =D ). Soon after we had enough rest, we started to cool down ourselves. And when I do stretching, surprisingly I can actually touch the floor with my leg closed tightly. Omigod!! That feeling when you did something you normally can't was so great! =D But the next day, I got a lil muscle pain around my thigh. ><
