That Sunday morning, Kah Man and I went to gather at Wei Ling's house and we exchanged our clothes while waiting for the owner to be prepared. Her shirt was very small and I can't even fit in while mine was too big, so I wore back my shirt in the end ( she wore her own red t-shirt ). When we reached at the appointed place which was the Dataran Merdeka, a few of them were already there while Audrey and Jie Lynn were on their way near Sogo. The walk finally started with a gun sound and there we went!
But unfortunately, rain started to pour while we were only halfway. We couldn't run because it's a WALK, we will be disqualified if we do so. There's only two umbrellas, one was Yee Juin's sharing with Kah Man ( comfortably -.- ), another one was Chou Tong's which they fought over and took turns to use. Chou Tong and I had our own caps which we brought just for in case. Should I say this is another new experience for us? Walking in the rain with our besties. ^_^
Throughout the whole walk, Miss Wong and our gang keep coming across each other. Sometimes we managed to follow up, but sometimes it was really hard. Oh, another thing - As you know, I hardly go exercise, so my sport shoes were not in use for a long time. When we were almost three quater of the route, my right shoe's sole drop off, as usual. =3= And there started my "sprained ankle walking style". xD Luckily I had pins with me, and our ( Wei Ling and me ) idea of pinning the sole with the shoe succeeded. ^_^
Once we reached at the starting point, we lined up for our certificate and gathered in front of Miss Wong after taking our goodie bags. Some of them went to have a drink while Wei Ling and I went home first as our father was already there.
