Drawing Near To God

A day full of activities. The Muslims were having some activity at Dewan Bakti and non-Muslims were required to take part in different activity at different appointed place. Anyway, it's none of our business because you know, the reason is always the same, we are Form 5, we need to revise for our upcoming national examination. But still, you know us, we chat instead of study. xD We were having fun in our class when a teacher came by and asked us to gather at a certain classroom for a KBAT presentation. Unwillingly, we moved to the classroom after getting called several times. ><

So in the classroom, we were being forced to complete our presentation. We were so noisy during our discussion because we came up with weird ideas, but it was actually quite funny. Everyone did their presentation, leaving us the last one in the class. Unlike other groups, we came up with a story that has three moral values instead one. The teacher was quite impressed with us while we presented in front of her. XD

DONE! Time for breakfast. The canteen prepared bubur lambuk for every student and it was quite tasty. Sitting there, we were almost late for our activity -- copying Heart Sutra using calligraphy. It was for the Buddist who were interested only. We gathered at Penataran Ilmu for a talk about Buddhism and Heart Sutra. Before moving to our next location, we prayed together as instructed.

We went to Science Laboratory 3 and started writing. Not sure using how long to complete it, but I think almost 2 hours. I realized copying 260 words of Heart Sutra was not easy at all. My right hand, especially wrist, and my neck were so tired when I completed my calligraphy. I felt nothing while copying and right after I finished, but when I put down the brush, it started to ache all around my body parts. xD  But it was a great experience, and I felt satisfied seeing my product. ^_^ As you know, my calligraphy sucks as usual, but I copied it with extra care and focus. So I think I did a great job.
