That day was one of TarUC Open Day and I went there to seek information on their diploma courses. Dad met one of his old acquaintances which is currently a lecturer in Faculty of Engineering and Built Development. We chatted with him and dad asked him about the courses, for which I have zero interest in it. Then finally we moved on to Faculty of Applied Sciences and Computing and after some explanation from the lecturer, I kind of decided on Diploma in Science ( Internet Technology ) because it was about XHTML, CSS and so on which I thought I could handle and have a little knowledge in it. Actually it was not much help because the lecturer was telling basically the same thing as written in the book.
Rain started pouring down and we were stuck in the hall. There's no way to ask my parents to wait one and a half hour there, so we were hoping Wei Ling could fetch us there. But she was trying to ask me the same thing whether I could fetch her too lol. She was at Aeon Big at that moment, and she felt like buying late birthday gift and farewell present for Jie Lynn at Festival City before heading to the restaurant. Eventually, Wei Ling ended up fetching us.
I waited from 4.00 to 5.30 in the evening, and that duration felt like living hell. Luckily there were Wi-Fi connection which I could pass the time by going online and ended up chatting with Audrey. It was still drizzling when we leave, and we had to wait for Wei Ling to reach after she finishes her shower. The clock already struck 6 which is our dinner appointed time when we finally step into Festival City.

Hurrying to buy gifts, we came to a shop which is full of Hello Kitty stuffs. Wei Ling and I shared a small Cotton On bolster as late birthday present and together, we bought a Hello Kitty laptop cooling pad as farewell gift. Both will be useful for her college life later on. By the time we finished shopping, it was already 6.30. We were half walking and half running towards Old Town on the next street which Audrey will be fetching us to the shop lot next to PV128.

Reaching at the allocated place late, we found out that Little Seoul Dak Gal Bi which we planned to have dinner at has shutted down. What luck we had. -.- So we walked to PV128 and we were apologizing to Jie Lynn all the way there. We passed by that Mr. Dakgalbi and the aroma was so tempting. But they had no more tables left and one of the two outdoor tables were occupied by another customer due to our indecision. In the end, we had our dinner at Pak Kin Pat San.
Indecisive me and Audrey were the last two to order. We simply made a choice because one, we doesn't want to think anymore and two, Wei Ling kept rushing us for our decision. While waiting, we had a taste of Wei Ling's Strawberry Pavlova and it's actually quite good, not as bad as what she told us. Ours were the last dishes to be served and they were almost finished with theirs by the time we started to eat. We had some regular talk during dinner, about our future and what courses we will be taking.
After dinner, we played a game recommended by Wei Ling and the loser had to tell a secret. Half way through, we changed the punishment to answering question instead, because some of us just couldn't think of any secret. Then, we stopped playing and jumped straight to the punishment process where everyone will be asked relationship-related questions.
I found out a lot from that talk as I were absent at the short gathering they had at Aeon before. Audrey's were about Zheng Zhang and Chou Tong's Toilet ( Mar + Tong ) Love. No wonder just now when we were waiting for Wei Ling, three guys walked towards us and one of them said "男朋友来找女朋友了。" My god, it's really hard to believe. We continued the talk until it's time for us to leave. And before Jie Lynn leave, we gave her the gifts. Hope she like it!
Jie Lynn, good luck and all the best in your studies! Study hard and do well, we're looking forward to a good doctor! Take good care of yourself especially when you're living at Malacca all by yourself. Don't fall sick and don't get too stressed out. Don't linger around at night, grab enough sleep!
